Project Management
Simons’ project engineers will work on specifications with clients and mechanical and electrical contractors, supervising the installation, the logistics, and regulatory approvals to deliver the project on budget and on time.
Our engineering team will carry out an in-depth analysis of your project requirements, based on a review of current and projected energy usage and other relevant implementation factors.
Assuming a technical solution makes sense, the detailed engineering analysis will determine the optimum system size and configuration and result in a technical and financial feasibility report that will illustrate the benefits and costs of the proposed solution.
Working closely with your team, our engineers will prepare detailed design drawings to ensure a smooth integration with the other building services.
We can assist with design and specification, we can offer a “supply only” solution or a complete turnkey solution. Our team can complete all the procurement activities, including order processing, insurance, freight and logistics.
The installation and commissioning process will be carried out by our mechanical and services engineers. Later, our maintenance and service technicians will remotely monitor the units maximising the efficiency and lifetime operation.
Equipment such as CHP systems, chillers and backup Generators require specially qualified technicians. At Simons Green Energy that is what we do best.
At Simons we have a personal approach to service, where we assign your equipment with a particular service technician. This builds familiarity with your site to ensure consistency. Our service team care about how your Combined Heat and Power unit is running.
We believe that preventative maintenance is better than fixing a problem when it arises. Money is better spent on keeping your machinery in good working order than having to deal with costly repairs and the cost of down time when your equipment is out of action.
All CHP units should be monitored constantly by our technical support team at SGE head office in Sydney. Faults are attended to promptly and client is advised of any issue that arises.
Our flexible finance options are specifically tailored to individual customer requirements, regardless of the project size, cost or complexity. Our proven experience in accessing government funding on behalf of our clients is a competitive advantage over other solutions providers.
